You’re not supposed to take cameras into the cinema, but here are a few sneaky shots of the black tie opening gala at the National Media Museum. Special guests included the cast of ‘Is Anybody There?’ – which held its English premiere at the festival – and Virginia McKenna, who won a Lifetime Achievement Award.
